A Very Frozen Niagara Falls

I thought there was no better way to finish off reading week than to finally visit Niagara Falls. There’s been a lot of talk in the news about the falls freezing over so it seemed to be the perfect time to experience it, as something I’d never imagined I would see with my own eyes. As you can see in the photos, it was absolutely spectacular. I even managed to travel in style and on a budget, the trains here are ridiculously better quality.

A Weekend in Montreal

A couple of weeks ago I spent the weekend in Montreal with some friends I met through the exchange programme. We had a great time, getting to know each other a lot better and exploring the wonderful strangeness of Montreal.
